Tier 3 Services

Clinical Assessments, Interventions, & Referrals

At Tier 3, the NJ4S Passaic County Hub provides individual and group clinical services to students (grades 6-12), their families, and school staff. These services are initiated through a referral facilitated by the school. These services include clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions, and resource referrals provided by licensed mental health clinicians.

Personalized Mental Health Support

At NJ4S Passaic County Hub, our licensed mental health professionals provide one-on-one support to help students overcome challenges and feel their best. Through individualized assessments, we identify concerns and create personalized plans that may include short-term counseling, caregiver guidance, skill-building activities, or therapeutic group sessions. If additional support is needed, we connect students and families with specialized professionals and community resources.

Our services are available both in-person and online, in English and Spanish, ensuring that students and families can easily access the help they need.

By working closely with schools and families, we create a strong network of support — helping students build confidence, improve emotional well-being, and thrive in and out of the classroom.
